Scope

This policy applies to any personal data processing by Cathay Capital Private Equity, a French société par actions simplifiée (simplified joint-stock company) with capital of €1,600,000, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under the number 490 506 045. A portfolio management company that has been approved by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) under the number GP 07000002 since 28 February 2007, and was authorised on 4 March 2014 under the AIFM Directive), its subsidiaries, affiliates and sister-companies, in the context of the management of Cathay Global Healthcare Fund 1 S.L.P., a French professional specialised fund established in the form of a French société en commandite simple denominated société de libre partenariat, with capital of €1,000, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 903 981 561 (“Cathay Health”).

Since May 25, 2018, the processing of your personal data is subject to the EU regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (“GDPR”) relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of these data.

Nevertheless, the policy is designed to provide uniform standards for the protection of personal data applicable to Cathay Health. This Cookie Policy comprises the internationally accepted data protection principles without replacing the existing national laws. It supplements the national data protection laws.
